- Our no-scrimping, standard finished floor to ceiling height of 2.7m ensures the basement floor feels as generous and spacious as the floors above.
- All steelwork is designed to disappear wherever possible, so your basement space is not interrupted by bulges of boxed plasterwork up the walls and across the ceilings.
- We do away with the predictable rabbit-run hallways that confirm you're in a standard basement conversion. Cleverly considered basement hallways surprise with asymmetrical floor plans and frameless glass panels.
- Under floor heating throughout the basement ensures maximum flexibility for furniture layouts, and avoids the eye being drawn to an ugly radiator.
- Uncompromisingly high quality staircases, doors, architraves and ironmongery are selected for simplicity and solidity.
- Lighting and power is considered for flexibility and design – spotlights in shop fit-out runway formation are rejected for more stylish design solutions.
